Applications for entry into Year 7 in September 2024 are now closed.

The Selective Eligibility Test registration closed on 4th August 2023. Unfortunately, if your daughter did not sit and pass the entrance examination (SET & NWSSEE), she would not be eligible to join WHSG in Year 7 in September 2024.

The next communication you will receive in the admissions process will be from your Local Authority on National Offer Day (1 March 2024) informing you of the school place allocated to your child.

Applicants who are offered a place at WHSG will receive an email directly from the School and will need to accept or decline the offer.

Further communications about the induction day and joining our school community in September 2024 will be sent out in early May 2024.

Should any places become available following this process, further offers will be made from the waiting list.
